The current launch architecture is designed so Indian personal data is handled in Mumbai, while market analytics, predictions, and model infrastructure remain in Sydney.

• To enforce usage caps, detect abuse, and maintain platform security.

4. AI and automated processing

Some platform features use machine-learning models and third-party AI providers to generate summaries or responses based on platform data and user inputs. When you use AI chat features, prompts and related platform context may be processed by third-party AI service providers. We may also log limited interaction data for security, service quality, debugging, audit, and abuse-prevention purposes.

Important: Users should not submit highly sensitive personal financial information through AI chat features.

5. Third-party AI provider

tickerAnalytiQ uses Anthropic Claude and similar AI providers to generate some AI-assisted summaries and explanations. When you use AI features:

• Your prompts and related context are sent to our AI provider for processing
• The provider may retain limited data for service improvement and safety purposes (see provider privacy policy)
• You can review the provider's privacy policy for full details on data handling
• We remain responsible and liable for all outputs under this service, regardless of provider involvement

By using AI features, you consent to this third-party processing as described.

6. Chat logging and service improvement

AI chat interactions are logged for the following purposes:

• Security and fraud prevention
• Service quality and performance improvement
• Debugging and troubleshooting
• Audit and compliance review
• Abuse prevention

Logs are retained according to our data retention policy and may be reviewed as needed for these purposes.

7. User rights and retention

You can request updates or deletion of your account data where applicable. We may revise retention periods and support contacts if the operating model changes.
