1. Product nature

tickerAnalytiQ is an AI-powered market analytics platform. It provides model-based forecasts, probability scores, comparative views, and analytical insights. It is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, portfolio manager, trade execution venue, or personalised research service.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on tickerAnalytiQ should be interpreted as personalised financial advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument, a suitability assessment, or guaranteed returns. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and should verify information independently.

3. Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed on the selected plan cycle.
• Access may continue until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
• Refund handling follows the plan and payment rules shown at checkout.
• Grace period and failed-payment logic will follow the published plan rules.

4. Acceptable use

• No abuse of trials, coupons, AI usage caps, or referral systems.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised access attempts.
• No misleading use of tickerAnalytiQ branding in promoter or affiliate activity.

5. AI-generated and model-generated outputs

Parts of tickerAnalytiQ use machine-learning models and AI-generated summaries. These outputs are produced automatically from platform data and rules, and may be incomplete, delayed, stale, or incorrect. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI-generated outputs are not human-reviewed research reports and should not be treated as personalised investment advice, suitability analysis, or a recommendation to trade.

6. What tickerAnalytiQ is NOT

tickerAnalytiQ is not:

• A registered financial adviser or investment adviser in any jurisdiction
• A brokerage or trade execution service
• A service that provides personalised financial advice or suitability assessments
• A service that performs risk profiling or portfolio management
• A service that provides guaranteed returns or promises specific investment outcomes

7. Liability and service quality

Forecasts, analytics, and related outputs may be stale, unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Platform operators may suspend, modify, or limit features for operational, compliance, fraud-control, or data-quality reasons.

For technical support or to file a complaint, contact support@tickeranalytiq.com. We acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide an update or resolution within 30 days. If your issue is not resolved within 30 days, it will be escalated for further review.
